1 Introduction & Acceptance
Welcome to the oklv3 platform. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between oklv3 and its users. By accessing our website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are giving your full consent to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. oklv3 is a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh.
These Terms have been drafted in Bengali and that version is the authoritative one.
2 Eligibility & Age Restriction
To use oklv3 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old. Use of this platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
- You may only have one account registered in your own name.
- You must be a real individual — corporate entities and automated bot accounts are not permitted.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate.
- You may not access the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
oklv3 may request documents for identity verification at any time. oklv3 reserves the right to suspend an account without satisfactory verification.
3 Account Registration & Management
3.1 Account Creation
To open an account at oklv3, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Multiple accounts in the same person's name are prohibited, and if detected, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
3.2 Login Credential Security
Keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the oklv3 support team immediately.
3.3 Account Closure or Suspension
You may request closure of your account at any time. oklv3 also reserves the right to suspend or close any account for reasonable cause, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.
Financial Transaction Terms
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The following payment methods may be used for deposits at oklv3: bKash, Nagad, Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified before submitting a withdrawal request.
- Withdrawal payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Withdrawn funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- oklv3 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal if needed.
- oklv3 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud is suspected.
4.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Foreign currency is not accepted.
5 Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at oklv3 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳10,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — total balance ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- Each bonus offer may be claimed once only.
- Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to minimum odds or round restrictions.
- oklv3 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
- Bonus abuse (including bonus arbitrage) is subject to penalties.
5.3 Other Promotions
oklv3 provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which will be clearly stated alongside the offer. Where general bonus terms do not apply, the offer-specific terms will take precedence.
6 VIP Program & Cashback
oklv3's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Tier progression is based on consistent play and activity. oklv3 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, and any such changes will be communicated to the relevant members in advance.
7 Game Operations & Betting Rules
7.1 Game Results
All game services on oklv3 are operated by third-party game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, PG Soft, JILI, and others). Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, and oklv3 does not interfere with game outcomes.
7.2 Betting Disputes
If a game result is incorrect due to a technical error, oklv3 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake amount. Contact the support team to resolve any disputes.
7.3 Sports Betting
For bets placed on sports events, the odds set by oklv3 will apply as per the latest calculation. For events cancelled before the match starts, the original stake amount will be refunded.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oklv3 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Fraud, deception, or providing false information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using third-party funds.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Bonus arbitrage or system exploitation.
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Harassing or attempting to harm other users.
- Attempting to breach oklv3 systems or security.
If oklv3 detects any of these violations, immediate action will be taken and the relevant authorities will be notified if necessary.
9 Privacy & Data Protection
